Beginner's Course For Yoga Lovers
Trianga means three limbs and in this course, we will cover the 3 limbs of ashtanga yoga according to Patanjali: asana pranayama and meditation.
The Trianga course is the laboratory for your body and mind where self-inquiry happen.
You will start your day with a hatha flow followed by an asana lab where the emphasis will be on the alignment, the quality of the poses, you will deepen your understanding of the anatomy of the body combined with ancient yogic techniques, and you will learn how to break down and modify the postures according to the different body types.You will also learn the science behind the breathing techniques, how they affects your body and mind, which one to use, and how to manage stress situations to improve your lifespan.
The day will always finish with a meditation session where you will be guided through different techniques and you will learn how meditating influence your neurobiology, what mind is, the difference between meditation and mindfulness and how to handle your thoughts.

Rishikesh Yogkulam offers various courses varying from the Beginner Level to an Advanced Level. The classes are indoor and outdoor. The indoor classes are performed in the yoga hall at our yoga school. While the classes are going on, the windows are kept open so that students get fresh air and proper ventilation and can perform yoga with greater zeal. To keep the class away from disturbance, cell phones are prohibited in the yoga hall and unnecessary talking is also not allowed.

This is the conventional type of yoga that assists with controlling the psyche and body through different all encompassing strategies. This form of yoga requires the practitioner to hold a pose for an extended period of time while performing slow or medium poses. It helps you get ready for deep meditation, improves your health, and makes you think more positively.

The word Pranayama is made up of Prana + Ayama. This means, controlling your breath and the expansion of breath is called Pranayama. The flow of life force in our body gives us life force. Pranayama is the easiest way to keep our bodies alive and our minds strong. Through pranayama, we understand the depth and seriousness of yoga and we learn to control our breath. Controlling the breath depends on our Prana. Pranayama is one of the eight limbs of yoga. The eight limbs of yoga are Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi.
Meditation is a way through which you can come out of your stressful life and improve your lifestyle. Because in today's time people mostly go through mental illness due to which their daily routine gets disturbed. People associated with yoga are most aware of this mindfulness practice because they do not forget to include it in their daily routine. Therefore, listening to your breath or listening to the sound of birds clearly while in the posture of dhyana is meditation, but when you do not experience anything else while in this posture, then you are in the right state of meditation.
